I’m stuck! What do I do?

Some of Roterra’s puzzles are pretty tricky. If you get stuck, try these tips:

• Perspective matters! Move your character or switch to a different character to change your view of the board, you might see something you missed
• Turn on hints in the in-game menu to show the cubes moved by each toggle or pressure plate
• Sometimes you can get so turned around that starting over is the best option: tap reset in the in-game menu to restart from the last save point
• Use two fingers on the screen to look around the world or the new camera if in Roterra 3
• Try RESET from the menu and start again from your last save point.

If none of the above fixes you being stuck please contact us directly.  Another option to try is to exit your current level - go to levels in the menu - pick the level just before your current level - start the level - exit the level - pick the level your were stuck on.  This will start you at the beginning of the level but if you thing you have found a bug please contact us via one of the methods below (the support form will get you the fastest response).
